The First Responders Cup Tournament will be played the weekend of September 9th and 10th, 2017 in Arlington, Virginia.
Teams are required to Register for the 2017 Tournament by completing this on-line form. Please be sure to verify your primary email address for your team as all tournament correspondence will be processed through this address. Also, it is important that you identify the date of your application.
Coaches should include the primary cell phone contact number that will be used for any scheduling changes during the tournament.
All coaches must complete the Adult Permission Form and every player must complete the Minor Permission Form. Realizing that rosters change, the forms will be required for submission at Tournament Check In.
Any Coach or player or other on-the-field personnel associated with the team not completing the form will be unable to participate in the tournament until the form has been completed.
This year's field will be limited to twenty-four teams. A team is NOT considered registered for a berth in the tournament until such time as a Registration Form has been filed and a Registration Fee posted.
